Auto body repair work can be handled by insurance or outside of insurance via the liable party or third party. You may request payment directly from the liable party or third party only once an estimate is obtained for the collision repair.
Before the vehicle leaves, it is requested that all auto body repair work is paid for in full. It is a requirement for the third party to be present in person for the preferred payment method to pay for the collision repair costs around the time of completion.
